It’s actually a good service but it’s really annoying when you fill your cart, proceed to checkout only to find out that half of the stuff is no longer available and you need to either replace them or drop them. And if you replace them, chances are that at checkout the replacement will also be “running low” so you won’t be able to order it. Maybe should be worked on availability a bit
It seems like a new app lacking in functionality. Such as, you can’t tip AFTER you actually get the delivery. The interface could be improved (e.g. you have to take extra steps to see your order), otherwise searching for and adding products is smooth enough. Then the delivery fee and the minimum order price… rather just go to the store, especially for small purchases. Have to pay 20€ for a 5€ product. Luckily for Flink their competitors aren’t much better in these regards. Delivery was fine
Availability is unreliable even after you pay. And if the unavailable items remove you from the “free delivery” range, you end up paying extra to get your incomplete list of groceries delivered. The processing and delivery are super slow. The app used to be much better before. I doubt I will use it again.

I use Flink multiple times per week in Netherlands and the dark store concept is great and deliveries are usually within 20-30 mins while AH and Jumbo cant even deliver same day. Good inventory, sometimes missing my favorite items but other times having them on sale so it’s all good. App has a few bugs like showing random items as if they are in cart when navigating between menus/categories, or showing as Closed until restart after lack of drivers. Really wish tipping was possible afterwards.
After the fifth or sixed time Iwas finally able to fulfill my cart and payment without my cart is getting completely lost. On 2 different independent devices. For that only 3 stars. I would go outside myself but I am not well enough atm. Took me now over 1hrs to complete my cart and then I was shocked coz PayPal loading and loading into nirvana then error occured but it worked anyway luckily.. what an action, have nothing neither food nor drinks at home was my last possibility ._. hope they fix
