[App] Focuser
Focuser : Visualisation of Reddit top news using zoomable treemap.
Focuser : Reddit news reader. News are represented in zoomable treemap view where you can navigate news and images just like geographical map.
Focuser Usage:
Zoom news : touch the screen and move left/right and up/down.
Open category : touch the category title.
Show/hide images for category : touch the category and wait for 5 seconds.
Open news site : touch the screen in the news area.
Focuser user reviews:
I like it. Reminds me so much of a few hard drive mapping programs, and newsmap, however it needs a bit of work to be perfect. First, there should be a way to add/remove subreddits. Second, the background on load is white. There should be an option for a black background so it matches dark themes better. Third (and this is a bit of a challenge I know), you should make it so it opens in the app rather than opening the browser, making it into a fully fledged reddit client. Best of luck!
