I love Frozen so i love this game! Its so carefuly animated and its really outstanding keep up the good work! Although there is one problom the power ups,you have to buy power ups in difficult aituations and you cant use an ad to revive your mives you can only buy them, i cant buy anything online so i usally have to loose a life when ive worked so hard. Please give us that feature and i might edit this comment in the future.

Used to live this game but it’s so boring, same levels repeated all the time and now it won’t even load properly, just goes to main screen then reloads same home screen – can’t click anything. Rubbish. Uninstalling

i like this game very much … there are levels that are very hard but its okay it is challenging/amazing and i only used this game after work it makes me relaxed.

Just put this game on, absolutely rubbish game, won’t let me get past level 2 just keeps repeating itself over and over again. Deffo uninstalling

Time to say goodbye. My progress hasn’t transferred twice after new phones. You can’t even sign into Jam City. Doesn’t let you type or paste an email. Uninstalling

We are so disappointed in this game. I originally paid for this game, back in 2013 or 2014, for my disabled daughter. She was in Frozen heaven, and it was a great way to get some vision therapy in. Over the past year, it has become so difficult, she has abandoned it. After all these years, she should be good at it. But you can’t actually win most of the levels without buying lives/power ups/etc. We understand that developers need to make money, but we can’t afford it.

I have been playing this game for 8yrs now and love it , BUT I don’t like the fact that since you guys have taken over from Disney, I don’t get my bonuses each day and it keeps stating I’m not connected to server ( which I am) this has been going on for at least a year. I wait for each update hoping it would be fixed , but no still the same. PLEASE FIX . Thank you for fixing the problem in last update.

Awesome game. This game got me hooked. I love the movie and now loving the game. I really like the moving character animation when you do a nice move.. Awesome job.

Love it! It’s like Bejeweled meets Candy Crush Saga! I love it! The powerups are cool and the levels are pretty neat. Very fun.

Great game! I was pretty disappointed when I found out that Candy Crush is not available for my phone, until I found this one. The music and designs are beautiful, and I am experiencing no lag. Great job disney!

Great game brought down by one flaw This is a great game. The visuals are great the power ups are fun but that is where it takes a turn for the greed. You can’t recharge power ups unless you pay for them. So this went from a fun matching game to a pay to win money grab.
