The app is overall great. The customer support is reliable and fast, they reached out both via phone and email. But I encountered issues: 1) Payment issue. I reached out to support and the issue wasn’t on my side. 2) Scanning issues. For one of our trips the scanning didn’t work when scanned with one phone, but worked when scanning with another. 3) Reviews. One of my reviews got posted even though I just went to the previous page, then exited the app and didn’t click on any “Post” button.
Awful experience, app itself is decent when it doesn’t glitch but when I was redirected to a canal trip in a different city instead of the one I wanted their support were absolutely useless and sited a 24 hour reschedule/refund policy which seems ridiculous when you have the option to purchase the ticket and hour before the event which is what happened in my case.

I was frustrated that the price went up significantly when I got to the check out page. And I had to download 2 different apps (VoiceMap & Get Your Guide) AND create accounts with both and check my email in order to access the audio tour. The narrator was easy to understand and the navigation was pretty clear. I liked the automatic stop and start based on location. I would’ve enjoyed more variety, like sound effects or quotes read by different voice actors.

I recently downloaded GetYourGuide from Google Play Store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The product is very user-friendly, making it easy to use on my mobile, whilst out & about. The process was smooth, and I received my info & updates promptly. It was exactly as described on their platform and has never crashed or let me down. Great for booking activities while traveling. We’ve not had any bad experiences, information is generally reliable and accurate and meeting locations and times are updated by vendors. Only drawback is no loyalty coupon or credit tracking. Other apps do have this feature.
