It’s simple to use. You can see your progress on a graph of start wt. You can log in your latest wt. It’s very simple. I don’t like logging food in so this application is perfect. I find when I log food in I fail. So far I’ve lost 5 lbs in 3 days by doing the 20:4. SIMPLE TO USE!

I went through a bunch of fasting apps before I found this one. The other apps had one or two of the features I wanted and even then they were flaky at best. This app I feel has the right amount of free to paid items and it even looks nice too! The reminders for me are the biggest thing I wanted out of an IF app. I like the sticky notification that you cannot accidentally remove as well as the reminder notification to start/stop your timer.
