Works seemingly at random, my kids have identical tablets but randomly the app works or doesn’t on both, forcing me to attempt to log onto both for a class to have any confidence that one will actually work as the other just chucks an error message. If you can get on it’s fine. Not great, lucky we have the good fortune to have access to multiple devices.

Hi, Victoria. Hmm. Try restarting your phone and make sure you have updated the Meet app to the most recent version. If that doesn’t work, try clearing the app’s cache and storage. Hope this helps.

App is very very very nice. This app is very useful and easy to use. easily we can use app by link and go inside the meeting with asking to join. But sometimes there are many network issues there that I did not like. But everyone school is starting so I think that meet up going to stop now. But really I am talking at the app is very nice. the cameras are very nice audio are very nice sharing the link is very nice and we can see the list of the students and chat box also. Thank you so much again.

A Gem amongst video conferencing apps Pros: It is much more convenient to use and better in various parameters than others. Moreover, one does not need to do any time consuming setup as Gmail ID is already linked unlike in other apps. Very good for educational purposes. Above all it is free and meets all the requirements of a common person. Cons: Can’t think of any. I would recommend this to all.

The worst application to have a meeting, if you are planning to host a meeting, For sure using thiss app will create an embarsing situation for you, It will create a lot of issues, you won’t be able to see or hear anyone, also the other participants won’t be able to hear you, But this app works far better in PCs,but using it in smartphones is not a recommended.

After I re-installed meet app (July 8- probably the new version), it kicks me out of the app within 5 seconds. I can’t attend the meeting for more than 5 seconds. Thankyou Google team for the response but I’ve done everything suggested by you already, but that didn’t work. Infact this problem occurred only after updating the app. Resolved the problem when I installed the previous version of this app

There is a echo whenever someone present a screen and there is a lot of problem in rejoining the meeting it take a lot of time. After every meeting I am asked to rate the video quality and I am not able to share a whiteboard. Solve these problems. If these problems are solved I am definitely going to give 5 stars to the app. Give a update with more options as early as possible.

Earlier the app was functioning really well, the audio and video quality was good but from past 2 to 3 days, the meeting starts and gets disconnected automatically after 5 seconds despite of good internet connection. Moreover there is no audio and as soon as the meeting gets disconnected, the app asks for ratings. It becomes inconvenient as I have to attend my school online class. Even tried to uninstall the app and install it again but it’s the same.I request you to please fix the problem.

This is especially important if you have an older device, are on a low-strength network, or have other software on your device that may interfere with video calling. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help too.

Thanks for the great help and a great app. But still I have a problem that I am studying on my android phone and it has no option to change video and audio quality. Pls help.

I really feel this app is trying to improve, I’m happy about that. But, I have another problem. I hope you keep this in notice too… Whenever I join a meeting,it happens that I cannot see anybody unless I pin them on my screen. And sometimes, my video gets stuck and I have to on and off it again.

Hi, Jaspreet. If the presentation is visible to others and not to you then try checking if you are not presenting yourself, try pinning the presentation if the layout auto switches to the active speaker or try exiting and rejoining the meeting. Hope this helps.
