I’ve had very positive experiences in the past purchasing from Groupon. Lately I am having issues making purchases. It is telling me my payment method is declined and to add/update card information. When I try to add/update card information it will not go through. I have no problem using these payment methods anywhere else which tells me it is a Groupon issue. I tried contacting them but all I am told is it is my card that needs to be updated. Please fix the problem!!

App doesn’t even open it. Just reports an error and it’s not an issue with my internet, have not been thrilled with Groupon over the last 10 years anyway.. they’ve added more and more deals that you really really have to read the fine print or you’ll end up getting screwed. All it says is “error try again later”.. no app updates.

Groupon Select membership is NOT worth buying anymore. Many deals don’t allow the discount to apply. The limited time sales in the app already give a decent discount (25-30% off). There are some deals on Groupon but you really need to take the time to shop & compare the deals. Sometimes it’s cheaper to buy direct from a merchant/vendor. Be careful when buying a “service” on the app. Some postings are scams and it has happened 3 times to me! Groupon Customer Support is slow but always helpful.

Not real happy with the fact that the shipping on a lot of items is per item ordered instead of the total order. So the individual price may be a ganga deal but after you add $10 per item for shipping it’s not as good as it could be.

I find all my beauty treatments on Groupon. I have been introduced to many really great providers. I am only disappointed that I have to pay regular price after my purchase. Merchants don’t tend to allow extra promo price packages even though Groupon says you can.

I have purchased a beauty treatment with yourselves. My money has been taken but the merchant is refusing to honor the voucher and contacting groupon seems near impossible!!! What’s going on?? I want my money back!!! Why can I not contact you anywhere??? Not even your so called support email!!!! To Add – at your request I have now tried to contact you again to no avail!!! This is getting ridiculous and I do not have time to keep chasing you! You have all of my personal details contact me direct

Groupon has great deals but needs to have a few other places to choose from. Its always the same stuff every time I log on. Don’t get me wrong, the deals are pretty good but need more of a variety.
