Have been playing this for a week and I’m hooked! I absolutely love how there are puzzles mixed in with all-out battles and storylines! Oh yes, the storylines! Fantastic. I actual shed a tear at the end of World 2. F2P and have no intention of paying, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem since I’ve already pulled 3 legendary characters. There’s a lot of neverending things to do, but you have the control to choose what you want to do. I could unlock World 6 w/ skipping all the prior side quests.
Only a few days in, but my first impression is most positive. The puzzling, exploration, and looting are without a doubt the best experience on mobile I have ever had. So few games these days deliver on exploration, so this is a much-needed and very welcome breath of fresh air! The combat is pretty good, and the chain attacks are an awesome strategic touch. I don’t care for any gacha stuff; it cheapens the characters and story, but I’m still having fun.
This game is amazing. I expected a pay to win grindy gacha game but this game is far from that. Sure its grindy but so far its free to play. But THE biggest reason to play this game is for its charm. There are more pop culture references than I can count, the story has vibrant characters that I actually care about, and the puzzles are the greatest thing about this game. Only problems I had with the game was that I ran out of stamina way too quick after all the quests. The combat is lacking.
This is an incredible game! Its similar to other summoning games however it is so much better. The story and the game play are fantastical. Everything about this game is entertaining. The only thing I would want added would be to have small animations scattered along the story mode, similar to that of the one present on the initial starting screen, but thats just a personal preference.
Okay after taking some time with the game. I am in head over heels for it. Not only are there video game references which I find hilarious the combat system and story are amazing. Moreover the dungeon map crawler aspect to the missions are very well done. If I had to critique anything about it. It would be that I can’t get to know the characters I attain on a more personal level other than story wise. However as far as it goes it is awesome so far.
Would give more than 5 stars. Very well made game with a bit of side quests. Lots of things to do. Funny little notes and comments. Completely free to play. This is a rare unicorn and would pay for their gacha items just to support the developer on their hard work. Hard to find such a game where gameplay is the focus without ads flashing in your face. There are actually NO ADS. So please support the developer and hope that it will encourage future developed to adopt this model
