If you want to build a new habit, you have to make it dead-simple to do, ideally under 2 minutes. Forming a new habit in 21 days never worked for us because we’ve made it too challenging. Nothing kills our motivation faster than failing to finish a task 10 times in a row.

On the other hand, small wins help stabilize our new habits, and we can gradually increase the intensity. Listen to the science of Tiny Habits, and you’ll see amazing results. Ignore science, and we go back to blame our lack of willpower.

Achievable goals must be Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-bound. “Be healthy” alone is more of a statement than a goal. An achievable goal could be “Live a healthy lifestyle by the end of the year” with steps: 1. Choose a healthier diet. 2. Exercise twice a week. 3. Sleep before 11 pm. 4. Floss and shower every day.

I started using this for university projects and now I’ve integrated it into everything I do. It’s so easy to use and does everything I need it too. I used it free for ages but once I started using it regularly I paid just over £30 for lifetime usage which is pretty cheap for a ‘forever product’ so I’m thankful for that. I would definitely recommend this app!!

There’s a lot to love about this app, and I hope it continues to be developed. But there are also things which need to be fixed (on my phone, at least). For instance, it freezes up and becomes unresponsive every few minutes, and needs to be restarted. The rotating banner takes up too much space (that could be better used showing more goals). Some of the text/numbers on some screens gets cut-off. Sometimes when you’re editing a parameter, it doesn’t save/stick. Finally, the price perhaps too high. But even with flaws, it’s still a solid four out of five. Great work!

Beautiful app. I genuinely use this every day and have recommended to everyone I know. Keep track of goals, habits and targets seamlessly. It’s so motivational seeing progress and the layout is so relaxing and zen. I love it.

It looks good overall. However, when I update a goal, close the app and open it again, it doesn’t show the update I just made. I tried several times and also logging in so I could save my progress. It didn’t work. Too bad, it seemed very promising.
