Fun except you cannot get past level 80 (in the 4th hotel). I have acquired all the upgrades to the hotel and even complete the level to perfection (all guests remain happy and put in the same colored hotel room) and I still end up 5 coins short. No way to pass level unless you spend real money to upgrade. Bummer…it was a fun game.

The first hotel goes by fast but you need way more gems to upgrade items in the second. Would be nice if they would up the gem reward as you progress in the game. I like not needing to spend money or use boosts.

Very nice and interesting game. I had goose bumps when customers were waiting from a long time and Erik was moving here and there continuously. I had too much fun. Everyone should download it, you will like it too.
