Hi David! Please check your email for the solution. If the app produces an emergency lock, you can “hard-restart” it by pressing the volume down + power button at the same time. This will restart your phone and should correct the issue. If you want, you can try changing the Lock Mode to a Pattern or PIN. Sorry for the inconvenience. lock IO Team

Not as secure as you think. Thieves could just wait for the phone to discharge, boot in recovery mode, then reset the phone.
