Lost Lands: the Golden Curse is an adventurous hidden object game-quest with puzzles and mini-games scattered through the boundless spaces of the fantasy world – from the volcano valleys to the Druid forest, from the deep caves to the floating islands.
One fine day an ordinary good-looking housewife, Susan, while visiting the museum of arts drops by an old looking glass which, for whatever reason, starts to beckon her up. When she touched the looking-glass, Susan was immediately transported into a magical fantasy world of the Lost Lands. She has been known for her heroic deeds as Susan the Warrior there.
Susan meets a child named Fiora, and the girl takes Susan to her great-grandfather, Maaron. Susan recognizes the Druid as an old acquaintance. Maaron explains that the village was attacked by a Harpy, the legendary winged beast. The strangest thing is that the demon has been a stone statue in the abandoned old fort for thousands of years.
Along with her friends Susan is ready to set forth into a volcano, go to a dungeon and climb floating islands to find out the reason why the Harpy, Naga, the Minotaur and Solidus, one after another, began coming to life from the stone prison and causing chaos in the Lost Lands. Naturally, the creatures must be stopped…

Comparing with the first two lost lands, this was very unintuitive, a lot of places where things were needed and only one way forward, so I was stuck for the castle totally, I was switching between walkthrough and the game until I quitted playing, because I was doing almost all the steps following the walkthrough and that is not a way to play these types of games.
Really good graphics and clever puzzles. Would really love it if you would tie the tasks closer together, instead of jumping all over the place. The game is far too long, with too many locations, to expect your players to get through it without hints. Just way too much to remember. It needs to flow better.
I love the game! This one was much longer than the first 2, but I have a couple of suggestions for the developers: 1) create sign in option so coins purchased can be available for the following game(s), and; 2) once the game is finished, there should be an option to start over without losing all the special collection items found. I think this was an option in 1, but not 3. About to start 4 now!
This is the best game ever! It’s different to most big fish games in that instead of going to a new location for each chapter, you pretty much get to roam the whole world, and the puzzles in the locations update as the story progresses. The artwork is beautiful, the story compelling. You really have to keep track of what’s happening though, as puzzle solutions can come quite far down the line from the original set up. Also, things moved a lot quicker once I worked out you can travel by map!
The game is good, graphics and story line is great. The game play can be improved. Some of the instructions in the puzzle are not clear. The hint and map button should not be next to each other and hints should be directed to actual item not somewhere on the map. Then you have to use 2- 3 hints just to find one item. Also the specials to buy coins are very rare and should be provided more often. Also why do we have to pay for the bonus chapter when we have finished the main game.
The game is free but be ready to pay for hints because the items, to solve many of the puzzles, are not as easy to find. The location to many of the puzzle pieces isn’t in the least bit obvious. Some were impossible unless you had a hint. Otherwise OK graphics for a freebie.
The game is great lots to find and puzzles to solve easy and hard. I only gave it a 4 though cause I hate it when they put important like the map for instance in this game, super close to the hint button. So as to accidentally use my hints when dont want to. Other than that it’s a fun game.
