What a ridiculous un-user friendly app. I know what I’m looking for but am forced to select brands that I’m not interested in, to “enhance my shopping experience”. I have to say that it hampered it. I wanted to purchase an Armani bag and just couldn’t be bothered with the faff so purchased it from Armani’s own website even though it was more expensive. No one in the world wants to be forced to do anything before they make their purchase!

Large variety of things to choose from, Great prices, wonderful products BUT after my first order it’s not letting me place a 2nd order, also I have numerous of items from the SAME merchant but I would have to purchase them individually which is more money spent on shipping and handling

When viewing the sales list it goes back to the top whenever you view an item. Also, really need to show postage in the price… just seen an item for £40 with an extra £30 for postage! Need to be able to filter out these foreign stores or shownthe full prices in the search

The point for me is the tactics lyst are using to get me to download the app. When I use the lyst website which I have been very happy to do multiple times. I cannot get past the pop up add to download the app and when I press continue shopping I can’t because it just takes me back, this cycle continues until I’ve had enough and leave the site, which otherwise could of very likely led to a sale. So I’ve had to download an app I don’t want so I can give it a one star rating. Well done lyst.

Filter doesn’t work. When you open product page and return back to products list it’s moves you back 100 pieces or so (you need to scroll back every time). Crashes quite often.

This is the thing I do before I face my day. I always end up with a smile of gratitude knowing That LYST engine up all night searching for what I like with lowest price ( we are talking about high end styles). Thank you.
