meQuilibrium user reviews :

I have not been able to use the application since the last update. It launches, shows the main menu, then immediately goes to a white screen and is completely unusable. I have to kill the application. Have tied clearing cache, data and reinstalling the application with zero luck. Appears to be a bug introduced during this last update. Please work on a fix ASAP. Thanks.

Update: the app is still slow and occasionally buggy – slow on a modern top of the line now phone (how do you even accomplish it?) But it is a useful app, to be sure. Lots of great content Slow and buggy at times, but helpful and fun to make good habits. Recently it hangs every time at the end of the set journey, so I have no idea what to do next.

  • Hi Anton, thank you so much for feedback. Please contact our customer support at Support[at]mequilibrium.com for us to assist you on this issue. Thank you for using meQuilibrium.

Course content and UI is good.. And by the looks from the comments, the app has improved a lot. It’s a little annoying that it just doesn’t remember my credentials.. Makes getting into the app such a pain! Can you guys update this please, and maybe use modern security options (fingerprint, Iris scan, etc) that phones provide now, instead of not even giving an option to remember my details!

  • Thank you for your feedback, Naren. We have added fingerprint authentication functionality to our app in February 2019. Please be sure to have the most up-to-date app to enjoy the quick sign-in feature!

Content seems decent, but ruined by bugs. Bugginess >utility. Logging in is annoying w/ no biometric login. Then it crashes completely anytime you use the back button/gesture, forcing you to log in again. This obviously happens frequently since that’s how you navigate on Android. I shouldn’t have to use the in app button to go back or the whole app blows up, it should support native nav controls. I want to give it a try but it’s wasting my time. Giving it a lil longer to be fixed before deleting

  • Hi, we apologized for your experience. We fixed the back button navigation issue and also added the finger-print login function on Android. Please make sure you have the latest meQ app to use the feature. We are also looking to expand the biometrics login to also support facial recognition on Android in the coming weeks. Please stay tuned!

While I like the content in the app, I truly hate the Speed of the app. It signs me out all the time and logging back in is not a quick process. Loading of content takes a LOT of time. And even finishing up an activity or task gets confirmed late and suddenly the “congratulations” pops up, till then app works weird and slow. I think you seriously need to think about speeding up the app.

  • Hi Divye, we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you share the details at support[at]mequilibrium.com with any relevant screenshots and details? We’d like to work this through with you to solve this problem. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

App is easy to use and navigate; however, if I go to the Discover tab to read additional articles, the app does not allow me to mark, nor does it mark additional articles that I read. The app only marks the article if it is included on the daahboard for the day. This makes it difficult to see which articles I’ve read when I scroll down the list wanting to find something new/unread.

  • Hi, we apologize for your experience and thank you so much for your feedback. We will pass this along to our product and development team for considerations.

I really enjoy the meditation activities and different journeys. The one thing that drives me nuts is a number of articles make seasonal references such as this feeling often increases this time of year, which doesn’t always make sense. The app itself is good.
