It’s sad that the only available feature on phone is the drafts and linear view of your board, can’t be productive on the go. And you can’t even edit blocks with images and text from PC, just watch pics full screen.
It sorta works and gets some stuff done, but sometimes it’ll randomly bold some words and copy paste sentences everywhere. Please fix this.
Absolutely a must for every writer who has horribly cluttered thoughts, and wants a fast way to keep track of them. Mobile is a perfect on the go device, and the web allows you to drag and scoot ideas as they fit. Definitely helped me plot a new, lengthy novel without the hassle of paper and wasting countless notebooks!
Update: The major bugs still remain in the Android app months later. Starting to run out of patience. Original review: New Android app, so it has some bugs. I’ve had trouble with items in lists mysteriously duplicating, and when I hit save it sometimes says it can’t the first time, but then works when I try again. Love the web version though, so hoping this mobile version improves with time.

The desktop works so well so what is going on?
This app is unbelievably buggy. Boards don’t loads, cards are missing. It’s just unusable. A shame because milanote on the desktop works great.
I understand why and it is probably a situation adjusted to the current market, but it is a bit expensive to have the premium…
You should fix the critical errors and add some of the features that are on desktop
You would have much more success if you fix critial user experience issues on the app. Too bad because the desktop app is very good and you discredit it! – Unsuccessful internet connection errors – Duplicates text – Transforms your whole wireframe to a stack – No option for reorganizing notes And many many more… You need to address these issues to make the app usable in any way.
Uninstalled immediately. The bug that copies and pastes every thing I write is messing up my boards and I’d rather use desktop version. But tbh, I’d rather use another app altogether that’s not as buggy as this that works on BOTH platforms. So disappointed.
Great application when viewed on desktop but not so on the mobile app. I really like the desktop version. But this mobile app has very very basic design where layouts are all ove the place. Its not intuitive and lacks some basic functions/design. I hope they will come up with a better version on the next update.
Best note taking, project management app I’ve ever used. And yes, I tried all the “popular” ones, and this is the best on many levels.
I upgraded to PRO on web app because it was intuitively created for designers. I’m loving it. However, the mobile version does not really work the same. I hope there’s a mode where the board could be displayed the same as web app. Better if browsed by panning. I didn’t like how it was automatically arranged in stacks. I’m hoping for offline feature too. Thanks Milanote!
Love the app. An annoying bug is when a line of text duplicates. Its hard to explain but from what I can tell, for me, after ive entered a space followed by the delete key, entering another charcter duplicates the text i was adding a character to. Example: I type out (Becausr | ) delete twice to (Becaus| ) then entering (e) to fix the word, produces (BecausBecause) this also happenes when entering a character right after a period (.) Get.n produces (Get.Get.n) duplicating all before the (.)
I love Milanote — the desktop version is great, and so will the app be once they fix the bugs.
This note is amazing, it’s simple and very easy to use and that’s perfect for me, 5 star from me. But i don’t really like the fact that you have to have an internet connection to use it. The only time i used note is when I’m offline and i would really appreciate it if there’s an offline features.
