Missive user reviews :

Exelent ! The interface is very well organized. Clean view and easy access to the most important functions of the program. Is it possible to implement limiting the number of messages in the free version not for the last 15 days, but for the number of recent messages, for example, 50 or 25 last messages? To have always 25 or 50 messages in the mailbox.

  • Thank you for providing your valuable feedback! At the moment we have no plan to change how the free plan works.

I have tried every single reasonable Android (non-Samsung) email option available and Missive checks every single box for me in a way that every other application falls short (parenthetical identifies the other apps that fall short). It has a clean interface (BlueMail, AquaMail, Nine, Boxer) with excellent design and no silly extra graphics (Gmail, Spark), customizable swipes that work really well (TwoBird, Canary), free version that meets my needs and paid version that doesn’t feel overpriced for what you get (Newton, Hey, OnMail), no “solving email problems” that creates more issues than they resolve (Hey, OnMail, Newton, Spike, Loop). An excellent web client so I don’t have to rely on Gmail interface on desktop (pretty much everyone with a few exceptions). Thanks, Missive, for making a really great email app for Android. FINALLY!

Signature is locked in this cripple ware version. While this doesn’t render it useless, you will have to type in your signature and delete their self promoting Sig. This also foils any attempt at verifying that the HTML signature feature works on Android phones. Otherwise it has many features that you’d only find on Desktop Email clients , maybe more.

  • Hi Joseph, You can change the default signature, that’s not locked. Select your email account in Accounts and you should be able to change all of your aliases signature.

Mostly very good – for quick mobile use though, it’d be really useful if notifications had an ‘Archive’ button right there, like gmail etc.

Blows my mind! Great product with exceptional support! Highly recommend!

Nothing else compares to Missive if you want a powerful multi-platform email application. I’ve compared the competition and the closest to Missive is Post Box but that doesn’t have mobile apps. the only thing I wish for missive is that the design was a little more modern.

Missive has become one of the leading options for teams to manage email and communication. I can’t imagine our team going back to the Gmail interface. These guys work hard to release frequent updates, adding features week after week and responding to inquiries within an hour. Anyone who’s looking to improve productivity and cut down on emails between team members needs to give Missive a try.

Developers are amazing. Best mail organizing app we have come across to manage our small business of 3 people. Easy to communicate with chats, auto responses, template messages and many many more excellent features. Affordable and highly recommend.

Missive works extremely well with emails. It is surprisingly smooth in experience. I’d love to have notification actions through which I could mark the emails as read or delete them right from the notification. Also when Dark mode is active, it’d be better if the splashscreen were also dark.

I enjoy Missive; it’s a great email platform for small teams and they are constantly updating it with requested features. The only thing I wish it did better was its Chromebook support. Constantly mis-reading a hovering cursor for swipe actions.

The app works well but I wish it offered the quick options from the notification shade that all the other email apps offer. (Delete, mark as read, etc). Only reason I gave it 3 for now.

There is no setting to add ringtone for emails. Like Newtonmail, Aquamail and others, we should be able to set different notification alerts so we are aware from which mail account is the mail.

Missive is outstanding. It keeps our team efficient and focused as we work toward keeping our clients happy. The Android App is a perfect companion to the Desktop experience.
