Monster Hunter Puzzles user reviews :

The game is great and adds fun new gimmicks to the basic match three blueprint. While at first the monsters seem not that important, blocking two spaces sometimes, later monsters like barroth and qurupeco are quite interesting and fun. Overall a enjoyable game that I have no major issues with.

The game is very cute. You play as a Felyne rebuilding an island after Rathalos destroyed it. I haven’t encountered any ads that weren’t optional so far. The gameplay is slightly different from other match-3 games I’ve played in that you can swap the pieces diagonally, which you might not think is notable, but it really changes how you solve each puzzle. Lots of customization options for your character and your island you can earn simply by playing the game and collecting resources.

I’m not sure where to submit feedback so I’m doing that here. Can a setting be added to increase the time for a hint to appear? They show up so quickly, I don’t even get to analyze the board for myself properly. Also can the button for skipping meowllocation time be a button that you hold down? it’s too easy to accidentally press it. My actual review: I don’t care much for match-3 games, but I like the “building up a town” aspect of the game, and I like MonHun and felynes, so it’s a nice game.

The game is cute and fun. I love monster hunter so I was curious about this. Unfortunately it’s a pass for me. I’ll probably still play a little, however there is an obnoxious difficulty spike and it requires you to use items that can only be purchased with money. I don’t mind putting a little money in to the games I play. But it feels like it’s asking me to pay to succeed. I should be able to accomplish a level by playing well, it even feels bad thinking I have to pay just to pass a level

It’s fun for a day but quickly turns nearly impossible. Past a certain point, puzzles can only be completed with either insane amounts of luck or with heavy use of special items and extra turns that can be gained through real money transactions. The game is very linear and does not offer very many chances to complete alternate puzzles if you are stuck on a puzzle in the main route. Rated 1 extra star because the cats are cute.

Fun and cute match-3 puzzle game! My two main gripes are: 1. I can only play in landscape mode. I would be extremely more likely to play in portrait mode. 2. The game recommendeds which tiles to move way too quickly. It gives the you about ~2 seconds before it highlights tiles encouraging you to move them. I prefer to examine the board when I’m playing match-3 puzzle game. It currently feels like I’m being rushed to play the game, which takes the fun away for me.

This is such a good Match-3 game in terms of gameplay, the core loop, and the extra customization options of building out the town, your house, and your character, that is just REALLY SUFFERING from not having the ability to turn hints off. The hints, while well designed, are so intrusive, and a someone who likes to sit and look at the board, having a move highlighted after the board has been settled for 1 second is so annoying. :( I really hope Capcom updates this!

It’s cute and fun. Nice art and ambiance. I cannot stand that the next move is highlighted almost immediately, I wish to play without the hints — to use my own eyes and brain. I feel like I have to constantly resist the suggested move. Simple match 3 kind of game so far. I will definilty review higher if there is an added preference setting to disable the hint animation.
