To-do list can be broken down into projects, checklists and action tasks. Todo actions have reminders and due dates for your to-dos so that you don’t miss them. You can set recurrences to have repeating actions.
My Effectiveness helps you understand what to do, why you need to do it, and then do it.
The idea is:
1. Write what is your mission in life.
2. Write down what concerns you have and which ones you can influence – visualize them in the circles.
3. Define your roles. Look at your life from different points.
4. Set the goals you want to reach for each role. You can set long-term or short-term goals.
5. Define concrete steps – actions. You can have a single step actions, or you can define complex, multi-level project, or simple checklists.
6. Prioritise your actions using 2×2 matrix (a.k.a. Eisenhower matrix).
7. Assign tasks to weekdays (use weekly planning). Use recurrences and reminders.
8. Use Workodoro (pomodoro) to fight procrastination (when you need to).

Wow! Well Done!!! As someone who has tried almost every GTD and PM app (sometimes using multiple to gain all the features desired), I had stumbled across this app a while back). It didn’t work out exactly as hoped, then, but I knew it had potential. So, after upgrading phones, I sought it out again and, what can I say? Now, it is simply perfect. The only improvement I hope for is an ad-free version (which I see is coming soon! Yay!)… And, without a doubt, I’ll buy it!

Very Important Ideas I found MyEffectivenessHabits app very great, however I believe there are a lot of areas for improvement, and here some of these areas: 1- Mission and Influences should have some kind of relationship and impact on the roles and goals too, not just rigid statements. 2- Roles: it will be nice if there is a dashboard for each role represent the progress for all goals attached to the role. 3- Goals: the progress should be cumulative especially for recurrence actions. 4- Actions: reminders for actions should be considered for recurrence actions to be recurrence reminders not for specific date only, also the ability to retrieve done to undone actions due to mistake. 5- Week Plan: add feature for selecting first day of the week as some countries’ week start from Saturday. also it will be be
