The map has the standard pinch/zoom capability which allows you to smoothly zoom and pan around the United States and see what the weather is like anywhere.

MyRadar shows animated weather, so you can tell if rain is headed toward or away from you, and how fast.

In addition to the free features of the app, a few additional upgrades are available; see severe storm warnings for your area, as provided by the National Weather Service, and real-time hurricane tracking – great for the start of hurricane season!

MyRadar currently only shows weather in the United States, and only in the 48 contiguous states – not Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Love it!! My only problem is it should be more like a weather widget to were you can see the map all the time when you shift the screen it should have it’s on screen, but i love and when i get the chance i m going to purchase the real thing.

The very best I’ve ever used I’m a outdoors person fishing, hunting, hiking, the summer I have been doing a lot of SALT water fishing in long island sound in ct the wind layer is very accurate has been a great help to no where to start fishing this app is a 5 Star All day long thank you

One of the best freeware apps available The free version is really good and very user-friendly, making the pro version a must-have edition to your phone or tablet. The only drawback is as with all weather radar apps, which is time lag. I would recommend it in heartbeat.
