Messes about from time to time causing the loss of my added favourites.. But overall a great app and site. Carry a wide range of fragrances and beauty products for both men and women. **UPDATED** Upon updating the app it now keeps all of my favourites and seems to load pages quickly and without any issues. Your app (Austria) is mostly in Czech language, there is no option to use German or Englisch. Please better test it before provide to the end user. I installed app 2nd time to use a code. 1st time, it was the same full of “bugs”. However i like Notiono Web version, it works ok. But also “bugs” in returning pricess (Check email, link and generated label. Please test it end to end)

Great store, all you need in one place. Often discounts are one of the reasons I keep coming back. The other reason is I can usually buy all cosmetics for me and my family in one place rather than going from one store to another and struggle to find stock. Just started using the app, all works great, but didn’t get the option for express delivery although all items in my basket were eligible for it, which was a pity, but got big discount for shopping in app, which was great. Would recommend

i like the app a lot! but i hate the fact that it dosent let me cancel my order if i dont want something or if i just dont want to buy it anymore! It work really slow on the searching thing but in the rest its ok!

Excellent customer service and their fragrances are often sold lower than retail price. You can even return free of charge and full refund if you bought the wrong scent. 10/10
I wanted to buy some perfumes but I had to wait untill tomorrow and I would only gonna order from notino because I saw there’s a 20% discount I was very happy but then when I could’ve bought it,it was expired.The good sales always lasts a few hours not days so buy it instantly if you see some good sales.Im very sad that this happened because I was very happy to have such good deal like that but I guess I won’t order it now It’s my bad experience but other than that is a great app.

One of the best places in The UK & Europe to buy fragrances & cosmetics. Fantastic prices. I only wish they had a next day option for deliveries, like their competitors, as they only have one option & that delivery does take 5 or 6 days & you have to pay more for slow delivery here than you do for next day delivery elsewhere, which most places do free. Notino are missing a trick there. Having said that, everything else about them is awesome. Very friendly & helpful too if you need any help.

Brilliant discounts of brand name products! I gave it a 4 star because it charges shipping costs even when you’ve spent a lot (over £80) on purchases.
