It’s OK, I wish there were more stretching options. I chose the option to be more flexible but very few options for that. Seems very geared toward weight loss. Also, the AI doesn’t do a great job of describing the movements if I was just using her voice o would be doing a totally different movement then her.
Pretty good workout even if you don’t buy the subscription. Easy to use, they give you instructions for each exercise, you can decide how long you want your circuits to be. May actually end up getting the subscription to see how they elevate the exercises. They’re pretty simple but effective.
Big fan of this app to keep me active at home. There are lots of different moves and the animation does a good job demonstrating them, though the verbal instructions are less clear. After paying for the pro version, which was only a one time charge if a couple dollars, I love that I can customize my own workouts with any of the moves I want. While I think a lot of the pre-programmed workouts are too short, I can always do multiples in a day or make my own workouts.
The app is great to add variety in to a workout routine. I like that the results are based on measurements and photos rather than weight. I also enjoy how’s much guidance is given for doing the workouts so it is easy to follow along with. I also have a Fitbit so the adjustable times for exercise and rests is very useful when tracking exercise.
