You will need a custom launcher like Nova, Action, Smart, etc.
Once this app is installed, jump to your launcher’s settings and change icon pack to “Pineapple”.
There is an in-app option to Donate few bucks if you feel like this pack and also wants to support it’s development.
There is also a Google+ community, where you can track progress of this pack.
