Good app. I wish pionex could add generate trading report feature that can be executed by traders themselves instead of asking the support team to do it for them. Also it would be good if pionex adds a bot that does trailing buy and sell by itself rather than having to do it separately in sequence using a trailing buy and trailing sell bots. Also a bot that can be customized by traders to suit their preference or strategy.

Have been trying to get a csv of my transactions for almost 3 weeks. Support just keeps saying to be patient. Any other platform would allow self service access to this information. I think they are trying to hide something. I loved this product but your support is shameful, and I’m getting not and more suspicious about the motivations to hide this data by the day. A business with nothing to hide wouldn’t keep my own data from me.

Not really seeing any benefit in this bot versus just buying crypto at a good entry point and holding through a run. You make the exact same amount of money on grid trading as you do holding except you can buy and hold in one transaction and the bot takes 9000 to get the same exact profit. It uses no technicals just arbitrary parameters. Other than providing some decent chart I see this as more of a gimmick than anything. You also need a massive amount of money for any crypto even worth trading.

Really good app but the prefix AI are not fine tuned properly. I prefer Manual and adjust the limit myself and earn much more. No matter what, the Grid Bot is really useful and do things what human can’t.

Alot of people give this a bad rep. It’s actually really,really good on the computer just look up a few YouTube videos on how to do it and you’ll be golden. I literally made $6 on a $100 investment in to bitcoin in just a few hours I’m super excited to see how this does in the long run.

Lost more than I hoped for. Put 100 in to try bot. Within an hour I was down 40 using the bot AI.

Love it. Great design and functionality. Easy for beginners.. Been using for 2 months now. No major issues. occasionally app gets stuck, i simply close it and reopen and its been fine everytime. Be careful of running bots during maintenance. And if u dont understand how leveraged margins works DO NOT use those pairs.

This is an awesome app. Yes it freezes up but there is a lot of information going in an out. I just force quit an reload an works fine again. Is it a annoying a bit. Is it understandable yes. Great app. Makes me money so no negative review lol.

Although I find Pionex Much Better, as we have Exchanges like BNB/gate.io, however couple of things can make it best. More Sports and Gaming 3L should be added. So that we can stick to Pionex Only.

Great for automatic trading using grid trading bots. Very easy and intuitive.
