  PlanMyDay – The relaxed feeling, to know always, when the most important things will be done!

PlanMyDay allows real time scheduling, because it’s more then just an activity manager. Your tasks get scheduled by their importance. Each task gets associated a duration, a priority and other attributes. Then all tasks can be ordered by their importance, simply by changing the order.

This allows at any time an overview, which tasks can be resolved in which time frame.
You can check in the current task, i.e. the elapsed time is counted in realtime. At the same time, the time scheduling for the following Tasks gets continuously updated. This makes PlanMyDay the perfect day-planning tool. Also some users which suffer under ADHD use the app to avoid distractions.

Activities can be imported from Google tasks and/or from your Toodledo account, or can be entered manually.
Also events from your calendars can be imported, to keep this time slots free for planning.

So you have a continuous overview, how much time is left for the day – the perfect dayplanning-tool.

This app is fantastic. I love that it automatically calculates in real time at what hour the other tasks will start considering any lateness. Some options can be a bit confusing at first, but now that I’ve fiddled with it a bit I’m very happy. It’s the app I didn’t know I needed! I’m not sure whether it’s possible to split longer tasks around scheduled events, if not that’s something I’d like to see!

I love this app, but the notification just two short vibrate, isnt it? I want the notification keep ringing like alarm…can you make it?

I have literally looking for an app exactly like this for years! It’s the only one of it’s kind – an app that takes your to do list and calendar and turns it into countdown timers and tells you what time each task will be done. I literally use it all day long every day!

I love this app. It’s able to accommodate changes in my day *without* me having to constantly update my schedule every time something takes longer than I thought (or I have some kind of interruption in my flow)

One of a kind dynamic daily planner! Used it on my old Palm Pre and missed it on Android. Would pay $$ for this. Very useful, even when planning short errands. Developer is extremely responsive with new constructive requests.

Already loved this app. There is no other good duration based day planning app. Now even better because I build list in Google Tasks or GTask app, with minutes (“laundry 30”), and then can import that list directly here with times. Tomorrow I modify the list a little and re-import here, like a template. Klaus, thank you and please give me a way to pay for this app!
