Qlango user reviews :

In learning Arabic, English transliteration doesn’t include the vowels and this is a bit misleading. Pronunciations are not of the Standard Arabic, rather north African accent. Otherwise very useful for those who already knows the basics and can recognise the mistakes and won’t be affected by them, yet likes to practice and improve their knowledge of Arabic language. Another good point is that you can practice more daily if you want to and the app hasn’t got a daily limit.

  • Thank you. We want to replace the subtitles with the subtitles with vowels soon. As for the pronunciation we eant to implement a new technology so we will have our own mp3 files. That’s planned for January. If you find any mistakes, there is a button report a mistake and we are always answering these messages and correcting the mistakes

This is a fun way of learning, but it would help if you could label those unlabelled buttons. I am blind and use a special phone, smart vision 3. I used rocket languages, but the lessons are too long in rocket languages.

  • Thank you. All buttons are labeled on a little bigger screens. On small screens we removed the titles because of less available space. Please write to us in yhe app and let us know what buttons you mean. We’ll see what we could do.

Hello! I really like this app, but I have a problem with registering in it. The “Registration” button doesn’t work for me.

  • There was a problem with the server this morning. It should work now. Thabk you for letting us know.

Great interactive menu. Excellent format and relaxed way to learn a language. Would recommend to anyone. Would be better with a download version for when offline.

Well I had a problem with logging in but seems like it was solved. Thank youu

  • Yesterday and today in the morning there was a problem with our server in Germany. It should be resolved now. Thank you for letting us know.

I’m really enjoying learning Slovenian (due to travel plans) on the qlango app. I had some weird technology glitch, but the support team helped sort this out in a few hours.

Needs some sort of explanation for certain verbs and articles. Like ich höre zu versus Ich höre mir meine neue CD an. Also, some of these phrases have more than one answer that needs to be accepted. Other than that, it’s a really good learning app. I really like the peanuts award and usage system. I also love how you combine each words into usable phrases. The difficulty levels could use some improvements and differentiate between listening, writing and reading skills. Level four is really good. The word scramble really helps me turn passive vocabularies into active vocabularies (it helps with the tip of the tongue scenario). And the listening to written trains my ear of each words. Hence, if you have something similar in level 5 instead of just writing, it would be really useful. This app really has potential.

So much potential! Love it! Realy hope they manage to develope it. It’s a nice mixture of spaced repetition software in the easiest levels and duolingo type of tasks and translation! (obviously you have to go tgrough the easiest level to get familiar with the words and phrases you’re supposed to type in the hardest level) . What I find more pleasing that in the payed version you can skip topics you’re familiar with. Although there’s a variety of languages the courses are limited mainly to A1.

  • Thank you We are planning to add level B1 to some of the main courses where we already have A2 and A2 to Slovak, Finnish and Lithuanian, because they are very popular. What course would you like to see in A2?
