Quantro user reviews:

Stunningly addictive game for a Tetris variant. Like all games of this type, things start out easy enough, you nod your head sagely, say “ho hum, oh yes, I’ve done this before.” After a few minutes, if you’re on your toes, you’re starting to realize something’s just a little off here. Give the game a few more levels, and it just transitions to mindcrushingly insane. The gameplay is fast, controls are pretty smooth and intuitive, and the music is fast-paced and addictive. You will be playing this for a while, because you just can’t admit for a while that such a simple idea– back to back Tetris games– can undo you so quickly. And once you make a mistake, man, this game can be over in an instant. The only thing that should be polished up is the starting menu. Other than that, definite buy!

The idea behind the game is great. However, the UI is confusing and difficult. It has a learning curve most users would find illegitimate and simply send this app back to the recycle bin. What needs to happen: 1) UI needs to change. either use buttons where they exist (xperia play\ desier z\ motorola droid, bluetooth gamepad etc) or figure out a way to use gestures on a small screen. 2) game pace needs to be higher, yet compatible with the limited ui. The essence of the game is the same as tetris, the twitch type gameplay that is so addictive on the classic tetris can work here. but the controls are not as robust due to lack of buttons you need to adapt the game to the limitations of the platform. devs: feel free to contact me via email for more suggestions. I have an idea on how to make the whole thing work (and I just want credit)
