I’ve only been using this app for a few days but it’s really exceeded my expectations so far, even without any upgrades/in-app purchases. I appreciate the system of categories, tags, and focus areas (and things you want to avoid), and ability to save articles for later, and am really impressed by the visual data that’s already being created based on my interactions with the articles they’ve found for me. Definitely worth a download to see if you like it, imo.

Not sure I love it. The concept is great and I like the range / flexibility of the platform. However the UI is clunky. I’ve contacted the developer several times, and while he was very apologetic with the first few issues, several of my later messages went unanswered. So I’m not sure how much they care about user feedback / usability. I also feel that, even with all the customizations, I used to get better matches before I customized the stream “to my liking”. Not sure I’ll keep it much longer

The apps’ recommendations are great! They vary somewhat in quality but there’s usually at least one very intriguing read per day. My preferences are also manually adjustable! They have been pushing a lot more paid features in the app recently-a bit frustrating since I’m not interested, but not unusual for a free app. Plus, the core features are nicely free. I like the reading mode with no advertisements and the ability to remember where I left off. Overall this a unique news app and worth a try.

Exactly what it promises. It’s definitely NOT a daily news app but rather a collection of relatively recent articles tailored to your interests. The ability to tailor your interests is detailed, you can make it really specific. Once it knows what you like, it’s addicting! Be careful! (maybe a break reminder after you’ve read 25+ articles?) Downsides are: UI is clunky at first, list making isn’t super intuitive, and *you have to get 3 friends to sign up to use the weekend edition.

The app is intuitive and fluid, I had no difficulty navigating it from the start. Easy to organize the articles I’d like to read when I have time. Being able to create custom folders by topic makes it simple to find an article I want to read. The app is constantly learning by liking or disliking articles, and choosing what you’d like to follow or unfollow, or topics to see more or less of. Most of the content shown after 4 days of using & tweaking, by rating articles, is of interest to me.
