Samsung Email user reviews :

I’ve used this app for many many years and it was great. I recently had to change my email address and for a while I was checking both old and new on this app. After switching to only the new email, the app began deleting emails that I’d read but wish to keep. Seems to happen when it syncs with my computer, but it’s all very random. Tried to look up a fix and was not impressed with comments by others and the subsequent advice/success they had in remedying the problem. I now use outlook app

Honestly, it is the best looking email app I have used. Cannot fault the utilities, overall awesome app. Notification tab was fixed smoothly. The only thing that bothers me is that you can’t move the [all folders] to the top of the list. Either that or be able to tab close the default folders. But that doesn’t affect functionality at all.

Got a new phone two weeks ago and I am unable to search beyond 2 days of emails. The junk folder is missing also. Checked back on my old phone and now unable to search there too. Not great. Having to use the outlook email, which is just not as well laid out. Just used to this app, which was great until this last update.

Last update looks nice and seems more intuitive. However I’m not getting the number of emails in my inbox number on the icon anymore. When I try to adjust the settings, activation of the number tag appears to be a part of a package that includes Notifications I don’t want. It’s a work in progress, still,so we’ll see. Its certainly better than the Gmail app which I find to be a total mess.

Easy layout to read, at first I was a bit lost where the “delete” was which is now moved to the bottom…and like another user said, I also no longer have emails in my saved folders nor will they sync/download like the last email app did, which is extremely frustrating! Needs another update to fix this!! Please fix!! I often refer back to my saved folders and now all those emails are GONE.

Everything worked great until this update. never had a problem. Now my created custom folders for my bills and other saved/important emails are gone, along with all of my emails that went along with them, in which they were all important and can no longer view or retrieve. When this gets updated again my emails better be back or I would’ve lost a lot of very very important items. I never thought I’d have to read reviews before updating, now I know to do so in the future.

Good app Very good app but would be good to be able to set the default view to all accounts rather than having to choose a specific one.

Its smooth, minimal user interface and does exactly what you need to do! Samsung is doing great with their apps and browser!

Powerful app Yes, it’s real Samsung’s app. Samsung started app updating service and it’s awesome!

Simply the best email app in functionality and battery life. Bravo.

Awesome update! Love it
