SECURITY AND PRIVACY
The app allows scanning with a user-selected device key, such as “Volume Up.” To enable this feature, manually activate Accessibility Services for Scan-IT to Office. Granting this permission provides the app far-reaching access rights. These rights are used solely for detecting the specified key press. No other data is collected, processed, or stored.

i just started using it, so its early days for a weighted opinion, but so far it does its job and makes it easy to quickly create a list of verified assets. give me another week and i can tell you more

Hi, why isn’t all the data I input coming in? (via Google Sheet connection) even though I have paid for a full 1 year subscription Is there any improvement on that side? Thank You

When it works, it is okay. It will at random insert an ad in your office document, messing your entire data and format up. It will also lock up your phone, literally lock it so you have to use your pin to open again, which is extremely intrusive. Since the demo version behaves this way, I could not see myself paying for a subscription of any kind.
- Locking the phone after scanning is not intended (and not implemented). It may seem that it is locked if you are scanning from the lock screen with the adjustable scan button (the lock screen is not unlocked by the app in this case).
