Bugs not only fixed, but binaurals added?!?! I haven’t had this app very long, but even though the affirmation loop stopped when the lock screen came on, I had a workaround and still loved using the app. Woke up and this was not only fixed, but volume controls added! All layers with volume!!! I am in love. Love Ella’s voice too. <3

So far I like the overall dynamics of the App. I do have one big issue to raise, which is affirmations using the contraction ‘don’t’ are inversely useful to the desired effect. It is well documented that negative contractions are detrimental to the subconscious when aiming for change.

i am rating this app just after i started using it because i like it so much. i really love the narrator of Selfpause, her voice and way of speaking are wonderful. i also love the affirmations, they really hit all the right spots in the topic they are about.

Amazing experience! It helps to change your inner state instantly obviously if you’re in the right mindset too. If you use it correctly, then it has the potential to change your life drastically! But again, it’s only a tool you’ll be using in your journey, the real work has to be done by you.

Nice app, but I did not want to be preached to. I joined looking for affirmations, and was not thrilled when one came up about connecting with Jesus, when I have not included anywhere my religion, and don’t take kindly to unsolicited religion advice. It would be one thing if they mentioned this somewhere, but there is no mention anywhere of religion or a way to turn it off. Very disappointing.
