Having issues! I’ve gotten pretty far in this game and it’s really something special in the mobile games category. It’s not dissimilar to some I’ve played on my pc, really great. Twice on play through, the first I bailed for the same reason, the conveyers start to go in all different directions, each tile is ruined and it happens somewhat randomly, or for no reason. Both times its after the copy function is employed. Devs if you see this, please fix it! I love the game but it’s a game breaker.
- Please make sure that Shapez is updated with the latest version available. Then, delete the belts in the area with this issue and quit to the menu. Reloading the save should have solved the issue !
This game is great! I love how simple it is yet satisfying, only real downside is the progression is really steep for a non-idle game. If you can implement a way for the game to “keep playing” in the background in order to passively grind for the absurd amount of shapes, another thing is when placing objects and zooming out the buttons dissappear with the action, but are still clickable in the menus witch is VERY annoying. Those changes would make me change this rating from 3 to 5 stars!

I do like this game and it’s concept, but I feel like it’s lacking in a few quality of life features that make it a bit frustrating to play on mobile. Some that I can think of: not being able to remove your mistakes right away after placing but you have to open a whole other menu for it; no hold and sliding to place conveyor belts; sometimes you place blocks or conveyor belts and they just don’t go the way you want to. I will definitely come back to this game in the future after more updates.

The game itself is amazing, definitely a 5/5 for the functional game experience, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. It drains battery fast and good luck if you get a call or have to check another app, because there’s a high change the app will crash and you will lose your progress. When this happens, if you’re extra unlucky, something (presumably the save file) will corrupt to the point that the game can no longer start

Fun but some things are broken. Belts seem to be the worst, I can set up belts, and it looks fine, but when I click the check mark to build it, it orients pieces of the belt completely wrong in all different directions for no apparent reason. Also, tunnels sometimes just stop working, and nothing goes through them. With these problems fixed, this would be a very fun game! Developer responded that they are working on it! Can’t wait to see that update!
