I didn’t give 5 stars based on the lack of variety of options in the app for food and beverage. I understand it is supposed to be simple, but food options are not always simple. When I include plant based protein bread with breakfast I can only choose from regular bread and gluten free. It is neither. Overall it is a great app, very easy to use. Very educational and backed by real science in fasting. Great suggestions on eating and living healthy.

Entering meals is VERY difficult. Entering hydration isn’t easy either. I use different cups, and the ounces are different than suggested. Also, I ended my fast later in the morning, but it wouldn’t let me enter it because the app had already put me in the eating zone. I paid for 6 weeks right off the top. I’m only 3 days in, and I’m already frustrated. I’ll be cancelling my subscription because this app isn’t user friendly. Should have done the trial instead–wasted my money.
