I have been a LiveOne (formerly Slacker) paid subscriber since 2011. The music service is outstanding! I love that stations are curated by live DJs. The software is easy to navigate. Plus-level (unlimited skips and no commercials) is less expensive than any comparable service. There’s a lot to like here. I give LiveOne a strong recommend.
for the most part I like the app. it’s a little annoying when someone sends “a song I might love through text” link and I can’t even tell what song it is. a few updates ago it would bring up the songs screen on the app so I could see who it’s by and could heart it so it could go to my favorites. now they’re better off sending it through YouTube so I could at least hear the song. other than that no problems, been a customer for 14 years now.
The app worked great for years. The most recent update has got me not. Able 2 access, my favorites. Keeps telling me there’s a network issue. I check my network and it’s fine. All my favorite songs are now not playable. Due to this. I don’t think the update really helped. Accessing our favorites market states in the big update.

My music that I had on a station that I made after becoming a premium member has been altered. If this keeps up I will go to other means of music instead of this one. I have been with this app for over 10 years now and they are making it very difficult to stay with them. I have the receipt that I paid for premium and still have me as being plus.

Just like every single music streaming app, they’re going to play Ad after Ad, no matter how many advertisements you listen to. I deleted my Spotify app due to the constant Ads running, even after watching an Ad promising 60 minutes of Ad free music, only to get that exact same promise on LiveOne. 2 stars EDIT: I completely understand that every app needs to run so many ads,that still does not rectify the fact that your app states 60 minutes of Ad free music after watching ads when that’s untrue
