Very good for relaxing before going to sleep. The female speaker has a very calm, wonderful voice – very soothing. I really enjoy the progressive tense and release muscle part. I didn’t care for the beginning, where she talked about your problems and writing them down, etc. That’s not necessary and I don’t need to be reminded of things that bother me or start thinking about them. I just want to relax and sleep! :-) ( hence the four stars instead of five) Overall, a great app!!
great sleep app I’ve been using it for over a year now and is definitely a favorite. Reasonable price for extra features. Easy to adjust meditation preferences. I love the progressive muscle relaxation technique & gratitude practice. And often I am asleep within minutes of starting the app now. The night’s I don’t sleep easily, it calms me down and helps me relax at least.
I love it because the voice in this app is very soothing. The breathing exercises that comes with the meditation really helps me sleep and promotes good thoughts before sleep. I have suffer from mental health issues and with this app, I am able to sleep well compared to nights I don’t use the app . I really notice a difference when I stop using it or unable to use it some nights.
FINALLY guided meditations for sleep with a great female voice. She is calming and credible — NOT a weird sounding tone or new-agey cadence. Between her voice, the delivery, and the two routines (tension release and relaxing colors) it makes for a very pleasant and effective experience. Also, the background sounds (ocean waves, for me) and extended play options are nice features. Sleeping Great! P.S. – Give her a raise!
ive always had a hard time sleeping. i findit very hard to relax enough to get a good nights sleep on my own. this app however, makes it so easy to fall asleep! if one mode doesn’t work, its super easy to switch to the other one. i recommend this app to anyone who has a hard time falling asleep
I had given this 5 stars because I have gotten great sleep since using it, but now I have to drop those stars. I would like to use some of their other apps, but I can’t see paying $3.99 for EACH app. That is just ridiculous, why not offer a bundle discount, or a mix & match discount, the more you buy, the better the offer. Especially since you offer so many great apps. It makes better business sense.
Best sleep app I’ve ever used! I used to suffer from issues falling asleep, it would take me hours and hours but after a few weeks using this app I found I was able to fall asleep quicker. Purchased the full version, I now use this app every single night and usually fall asleep before the recording has even finished! Thank you so much for creating Sleep Well
