It used to work relatively well. A bit annoying when the sheet is long and you have to scroll to the end with a round corners screen. The reason I downgraded to 2 stars is because several times now when I really need to access my sheets by phone, the app can’t open any of my sheets with no reason. Even after a “force to stop” and relaunching, which renders the app useless.
Very poor. Will log on to the app,but it will fail trying to access worksheets even after a complete reboot of the phone, and after 3-5 hrs, it will report a period inactivity before eventually logging me out This occurs also when I attempt to use the Log off function. As mentioned in another review, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program to get finally get access. It has also had at least 3 product updates since I started reporting the issue. No contact or support from Smartsheets.
One of the best spreadsheet apps available. It is intuitive and so far haven’t encountered any bug having used it for over a year. May 2024 Update: The app version has been pretty buggy for me since March this year and has completely stopped working. Whatever sheets I try to open just keeps loading endlessly. Have to rely on the web based version. Awaiting for a fix.
