My first rating was poor only to realize later that this is the best app out there:)) .1.intuitive UI.2.you can increase max dB.3.no ads…I just wish everything worked as intended.4.reset dB button resets graph only,leaving it zoomed if it was.IT MUST RESET ZOOM TOO.5.notifications are good option but have it ON by default is too much, it must be OFF.6.i would split notifications and color coding into different options,not everyone can tolerate flickering screens.
App did exactly what it’s supposed to do. – I’d been hoping to be able to make a health & safety complaint to my employer, regarding the server fan that runs 24/7, barely 10′ behind my work station, but it turns out that, when sitting at my desk, it’s supposedly only ~55dB, & the law where I’m at only kicks in at 90dB for an 8hr shift. Disappointing, but not the app’s fault at all.
Very simple and straightforward easy to use app for checking the noise levels in your area. Good job!
Without a calibration source to check it this app is superb and i use bruel and kjaer equipment in the past Very good at noise dose assessment as here in Thailand they have no cares about hearing damage with even short term high level exposure Use ear plugs if over 70 dbA for 10 minutes Ringing in your ears indicates damage onset.
Good app although I don’t know how accurate it is. Worked well for my application which was measuring sound level of different fans.
Useful..but each app shows different db levels i side a room…. I have no idea which one to trust. But I liked the interface of this app. No irritating ads.
Great app for knowing how good your ears are, and for knowing how loud stuff is. Not very useful, but very fun.
Works pretty well, it’s sensitive on my phone, straight forward to use and in its operation, I’m happy with it so far.

Good little app. Like the insight on what certain dB levels are in comparison for reference. Nicely done.
The only advantage this sound app has over the Sound Meter Pro is that one can adjust the app to measure louder sounds.
Don’t know how accurate it is but very handy app to get a realistic db level. I liked it.
