Amazing new way to find a home! Everything works easy a right. Just one thing, should be a filter for period/day to move in, because it’s nonsense book a house with 1 year or 2 of advance, usually people can wait just a couple months at maximum. I’ve made a wrong booking for June in 2022 because of that, and it’s not possible cancel it.

My personal opinion is that this app is more landlord orientated than the Tennants themself. Is very friendly and easy for use but cannot find anything there at all. 90% of the flats are already booked, not for months but for years ahead. So not so quite helpful. Need to grow more and add more properties.

So far so good. With this app you get a local to visit an apartment for you. The app shows nice pictures, the location map, many times a video and 360° pictures. Details are clear and there is no hidden information (at least for me so far – I promise I will update this if I find something bad during my stay). Nice job, Spotahome!

Just few months ago, Paris was listed in the app, but I don’t see it anymore while trying to select the city and look for my next apartment. Is it only my app which has some technical glitch, or is it normally the case? If yes, why has Paris been removed? Such an important city, and it’s no more on your app.

I like the service. Very smart move to create this. However, the app has some issues. The alerts don’t stick with many types of property (entire apartments, studios etc). They don’t open when you click on them, which makes them pointless. And you could also add all filters so we see what we are really looking for. Thanks!
