It seems like its got a nice set up, even let’s you add notes to mood and let’s you put multiple entries per day… but it doesn’t work when I try to review my moods, just crashes. Makes me log in everytime, and crashes very easily
I have been on a couple different treatment plans with several different doctors trying to eliminate my chronic widespread pain and tension / stress. I made a plan in the past of things I wanted to change in order to relieve stress and it worked to an extent but this app has really forced me to see the things that I didn’t know I needed to change. This app not only has a great interface but also has very useful tools and advice built in as well. Very nice app and a useful tool!
