World Tour

To reach Bowser’s Castle, clear the 24 courses located across 6 worlds. There are many ways to enjoy the courses, such as collecting the 3 different types of colored coins or by competing for the highest score against your friends. You can try courses 1-1 to 1-4 for free.

Toad Rally
Show off Mario’s stylish moves, compete against your friends, and challenge people from all over the world.

A challenge mode where the competition differs each time you play.
Compete against the stylish moves of other players for the highest score as you gather coins and get cheered on by a crowd of Toads. Fill the gauge with stylish moves to enter Coin Rush Mode to get more coins. If you win the rally, the cheering Toads will come live in your kingdom, and your kingdom will grow.

Kingdom Builder
Gather coins and Toads to build your very own kingdom.

Combine different buildings and decorations to create your own unique kingdom. There are over 100 kinds of items in the Kingdom Builder mode. If you get more Toads in Toad Rally, the number of buildings and decorations available will increase. With the help of the friendly Toads you can gradually build up your kingdom.

More playable characters
If you complete course 6-4 to rescue Peach, and build homes for Luigi, Yoshi, and Toadette in Kingdom Builder, you can get them to join your adventures as playable characters. They play differently to Mario, so why not put their special characteristics to good use in World Tour and Toad Rally?

More courses in Toad Rally
The types of courses available in Toad Rally will increase to seven different types of courses, expanding the fun! In the new additions, Purple and Yellow Toads may also come to cheer for you.

More buildings and decorations in Kingdom Builder
The types of building available will increase, so you’ll be able to make your kingdom even more lively. You can also place Rainbow Bridges to expand your kingdom.

Super Mario Run user reviews :

This is pretty much New Super Mario Bros. on mobile, but is that really a bad thing? I think $10 is definitely pushing it, thankfully you can get it for $5 right now which I feel is much more fair for the amount of content you’re getting. 24 levels, 12 bonus ones for mastering each of them, a few playable characters with unique abilities and some sidemodes that are just okay. Really the big issue for me is that it’s online all the time and never really justifies it.

Good game but needs more modes like a level maker or maybe another couple worlds and levels.

I am gonna criticise the run mechanic here cause it ruined the game. Especially for the special coins missions (not optional but good for a relatively short game). You miss one and you have to restart the whole level because you can’t go back. Just like having one tap for every single move. It doesn’t work well. So many times does Mario a move that I didn’t want or anticipate. Having button controls for at least the jump/spin move would’ve solved so many problems on its own already.

I like Super Mario run… easy controls, addictive gameplay, great graphics! You get to collect these gold, purple coins over your opponent’s ghost, and after the end of the match is over you get to see who wins, it’s fun to watch too! You get to build a Kingdom, decorate it, and enjoy earning special stuff for your lovely place. I give this game 5 stars, and.. my novels coming out soon with an unofficial, unexpected, release date. I am so looking forward to it.

I can tell this game is going to be a great time waster. So far the only thing I don’t like about it is how Mario runs and does certain actions automatically. Would like the option to have full control over his movements. Great game overall with amazing graphics. Device wise, I’m on a Nexus 6p and the game runs smooth as silk even with multiple apps open in the background.

The game is good for what it is. It’s not original in game play because many other popular games deal with automatic run and click to jump. Although Nintendo did their own twist with Mario, it just isn’t original. I’d enjoy it more if I could control Mario and go back collect all the coins I want and smash as much as possible. It just isn’t the same with the automatic running. I don’t know why but I just expected the classic Mario.
