The app is really great! It works for my daughter and she is fully engaged. BUT, I have to keep uninstalling and installing cuz once I’m in, I’m in and once I’m out, I’m out. It wont load once i re-enter into the app. It idles on the character with the clock for several minutes and never loads. That sucks. UPDATE: I figured out the problem. I have to sign out the app so when I go back in, I have to do my sign in credentials again for it to load properly. Can you guys fix that? Update: didnt work

Hi Katherine, I’m so sorry to hear that! Can we try this out? One of our user also had a same issue but she find a way. She was turning off auto-restore before reinstalling, then it worked! Can you check it out? I’m sorry again. Please let me know how it goes!

We changed passwords and now the wrong password screen remains frozen. We can no longer log in. Just to respond, I changed the password on another phone. Now when I start Timo, it stays frozen at “Ooops! Wrong password,” and the OK button does not work. Therefore we cannot get to the login page. We tried reinstalling the application but it does not fix the problem. Clearing storage didn’t work either. Turning off Autorestore before reinstalling DID work, so we found a way!

I’m a kid and i really love this app! It has helped me to remeber to do the small stuff like brush your hair or make your bed and I can be slow at that so this app really helped and I love how when its 8:00 and intead of undoing it dinging sound to wake me up iI wake up to a nice music sound telling me to wake up I really liked that.but I wish that you could undo a chore if you acidently pressed done button. over all a amazing app!
