True contacts application is contacts application taken from Android source ICS version for Android 4, Android 5.0.1 version for Android 5.0 and 5.1.0 version for Android 5.1. If you want to taste real Android try this true contacts applicaton. Manufacturers often replace Android apps with false apps – so it is not even possible to add all contacts numbers. This build is ad-hoc demonstration of true Android.

This application does not contain dialer, dialer is not part of Contacts since Android 5.

True contacts are good for Local Sync and all apps that create contacts accounts (see https://www.psencik.cz/local-sync/local-sync-and-android-4-ics) because manufacturer’s Android 1 apps are lacking features of Android 4.

It saved my day! The stock contacts app was somehow uninstalled on my unrooted moto g2! I don’t know how, and i was not able to save new contacts! This app saved me from a hard reset! Kudos!

i wasn’t able to saved contacts because i deleted someting on my phone when it was rooted. now, this app seems to be my new storage but it doesn’t work.

Came necessary on VERSION 5 Up to version 4+ it was necessary, but the Contacts on V5 is not good.
