Samsung galaxy S4 I actually really like this app. Nothing fancy so to speak, but does what its supposed to do. I can keep up with everything on my account.
Verizon is a Rip Off Why can I get a FREE refurbished phone & only pay (Less than) $50 for Unlimited Everything using Verizon’s Signals, by using STRAIGHT TALK? But have a Customer of Verizon for Years & they just keep ypping the anté every chance they get?
It works fine Most of the negative reviews are about verizon issues not with this app. And to all of you who don’t like Verizon’s pre installed apps just DISABLE them in settings. On new 4.2 phones 200 MB of pre installed apps is not a big deal and disabling them keeps them from consuming more resources….otherwise this app has always been good for me.
Permissions The permissions this app requires is quite disturbing. Why does an account management app need to know my list of current running apps? Refusing the update with these new permissions results in being locked out of the app. Very shady practices.
Excellent This is a great app. Why go through all the hassle of calling customer service? U can make payments , view your usage, make changes. What else do you need ? I’ve been working for customer service for almost 10 years. S.s.o are extremely convenient especially this app. Save time, and money. Verizon is an amazing network. You get what you pay for. I prefer quality over quantity! So tmobile etf payoff no thanks I rather pay more but get great service and coverage.
