I can’t create a goal. I went through each step as described, & when I set a reminder & hit “create” I recieved an error telling me I have to fill out all information before I can create a goal. But there is no additional information to fill out. I am an Android S10 user & the fix that was to be rolled out by no later than today apparently did not cover all issues. Updated: pleased with customer service, & the roll out of the fixes for android has corrected my initial issues! Excited to try!

Hi Sarah, The reminder screen requires you to enter a ‘reminder message’ at the top of the screen. Once you fill that out, you should be able to finish creating a goal. As far as the new version, we are rolling it out today as we promised. We’re working on the final touches now. Pls try the above and let us know at info[at]vervoapp.com.

A good looking app but it’s severely handicapped by being accessible ONLY online. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit a task that I’ve added to a routine. Had to delete and re-add several times till I got the hang of it. Options for reminders are inadequate. It’s either daily or hourly but you can’t refuse to have one. My cell was on Do Not Disturb but got a reminder a 1 am! There are no settings to adjust it or FAQ to reference. Overall it’s rather superficial.

Hi Jahayra, Thanks for your feedback. Vervo uses cloud sync to enable access to your data across all devices, that’s why it doesn’t support offline access. As for your other notes, they are well taken and editing diaries and tasks should be available in the next release by Monday.

This app fully deserves more traction. The only thing its lacking is more users! At the moment it’s a bit dry but I really believe that with more ppl being active users this app could surpass all expectations for an online supportive community! I love that you can ask people to join a goal with you and hold each other accountable that way. That being said there are A LOT of the same goals listed. Maybe including a filter would be good like “most recent groups”,”most popular groups.”
