Audio recognition works about 1 out of 8 times, then have to use manual checkin which then doe NOT always display the currently playing program thus NO POINTS. I’ve lost over 2800 points. Losing the 200 point check ins due to this over the past few weeks is the most upsetting!!!! Also never did get the 200,000+ points for subscribing to directv! Got tired of calling and emailing both! Looks like they hope u will eventually just give up.like I did.

Its sorta cool watching tv4 pts 2 get free rewards but the “free” gifts ‘just for checking’ in are bogas! Receiving a $25 coupon 2purchase $75 or more is not a “free” gift! A $25 gift card to spend at an online store is a “free” gift! Same 4 $5 off food coupon 2a restaurant no where near me! As 4 Viggle listening 2 the tv, it doesn’t pick up certain shows I watch every single day n it gets frustrating trying 2 check n2 those shows bc it also doesn’t recognize it checking in manually! But it’s still fun!
