Played this game back in the Palm Pilot and Pocket PC days with my wife before we were married! I even have the CD for this game! Then played it on iPhone 3GS. Was disappointed when I moved to Android and this game wasn’t available. Just found it now, and it is as great as it was years ago! With a Note 5, the stylus makes it almost like playing on the old Palm Pilot. The game is straight forward, but addicting. Great for picking up and playing. Very happy to have this game available again.
I think I first played this game in 2005 or so on my Palm Tungsten E, was awesome and I bought it way back then. FFWD to 2011 when I bought my first iOS device, one of the first apps I went to get was Warfare Incorporated. Seemed to be a direct port, I like that. Now just 15 mins ago I idly searched for it and to my surprise, there it was. I actually was still playing on my Palm TX, but now I can once again enjoy one of the most payable and fun RTS’ ever made on any handheld!
I wouldn’t call this the best rts game on android. But it is the best free rts available without ads or in-app-purchases. It’s got a good campaign, plenty of add-on levels and multiplayer so you can play with friends (or the random stranger who pops up every blue moon). Oh and that classic rts style gameplay you’re looking for. You’re not going to get a better rts, than this, for free on android. More up to date, modern? Sure. But better? Nope, not unless your willing to pay.
This is hands down the best strategy game I’ve played on Android. I’ve been waiting a long time for something like this to come along. 5 stars through and through. Graphics, controls, everything is fantastic! Only two things that bug me are the units always saying ‘sir’ too much and the back button on my phone will not exit the game properly from the main menu. Thanks so much for creating (/porting?) this game!
