Very user friendly, fast transactions,contacted customer service once ,very helpful! I need to be able to take a screenshot of the receipts and i wish fees were slightly lower. Gets expensive when you use it frequently.

It would be the perfect app for overseas bill payment if everything was done inside the app. When it comes to paying bills in other countries it takes you out of the app to a website. No good

I love using xoom as I can simple transfer money from my account to that of Jamaica or to any location for family and friends to retrieve. Also top up friendly to Flo phone users. Way cheaper than western union and you can see the rates before deciding to send money.

Still no biometric sign in. What year is it? This is the only reason I still use the web version, because it is not fun to type passwords on touchscreen.

Xoom was highly recommended by a family member who has been using it for over 2 years without any problems….I must confess, he was not wrong. Great app, great customer service, great to be a client.
