i love these apps so much. I’ve done 5k and 10k and they really are great for training. The increases are so gradual you don’t realize how much progress you’re making until the end and my speed increased without me even realizing it. The schedule also helped keep me on track.

Great update. The calories burned and distanced ran totals are 1.5k shorter and 100 calories less for the same workout completed before the update. Also, using the walk/run transition noise for the halfway point announcement is a horrible “feature.” PS: I’m super happy that I paid for the pro version of your 5k app and the purchase doesn’t carry over to this one.

10k starts slow and gives you confidence in yourself. At the end of week 2 I had an extra jog around the block at the end as I felt that I could do more. This is one of the best decisions ever made. I have lost a bit of weight already and feel great.

A very good schedule to train for a one hour run. But…the lock does not work on my Note5. It seems like when there is a notification or if an ad pops up the lock is opened. My last three runs were untraceable because the program was accidentally stopped or was forwarded to the next phase. I will continue with the schedule but not rely on this app to track it.
