Search/shopping convenience is great. Shopping for things “like” an item you have selected is everything. The app takes me back to where I was in my original browsing. Clothes quality keeps me on this app compared to Shein. I’ve never had the energy to complete a return. Gifting items to my friends and daughter has worked out well. Been a great experience so far.
I can’t even explain how awful their tracking system is and how unhelp their customer service is which by the way is only an automated message. I ordered items back in November and have yet to get them. I keep trying to track them but you have to fight with the popup about changing your country. Once you do it goes blank and you can’t track your orders. I’d say it’s nearly as bad as wish.
Love the site, dislike the app. Each time I click on an item to view and try to return to the list, it takes me way back to the beginning of categories. It’s very inconvenient because I lose my spot and have to scroll through the entire list all over again. Please fix the back button after viewing an item. It’s annoying!
Horrible layout, it glitches constantly and every single time I press the ‘back’ button it takes me to the home page, reviews don’t have option to upload pictures, in pictures of the product there aren’t close ups so you can’t see the item really well. Very frustrating and difficult to navigate
The app needs to be updated, I’m unable to stay logged in to my account and whenever I attempt to return to the previous page after viewing an item, it goes all the way back to the main home page. The app experience is no longer the same and a waste of storage space. I will be Uninstalling.

It could use some updates. Like not having to scroll all the way back down after you click on one product on your favorites. Another issue is, when you use the filter tab you should be able to filter your clothes size and your shoe size, so that you’re not scrolling through a bunch of merchandise you can’t fit. I ordered a lot of clothes from this app and never had a problem.
Dude fix your app please. It constantly freshes when I leave the app and not only that but now whenever I back out of a product whether it be my cart, my favorites or browsing in general, it just takes me back to the top or to the main page which is getting pretty annoying real quick. You guys needa do better on the damn app.
I havent used this app in a couple years since I HATE how you cant filter ANYTHING by size and since thats not a thing you end up looking at soooo much merch that you cant purchase because its not in stock in your size. My suggestion is use anyother fast fashion shopping app other than this one, its much easier to sort through and looking through favorites isnt a headache.
It was my first time ordering from them and I have to say that I am over joyed!! I received my orders really quick. So quick I didn’t even notice that all of my items were here already Thank you guys for a smooth Christmas shopping experience.
I love the prices! I hate that the items are hardly in stock! The filter option should let you choose a size not just plus. It crashes out of no where and you have scroll and look to see where you left off at and sometimes it’s not the right place. You should also have a a description of the size your model is wear. The sizes are annoying cause I’m both a XL & a 1XL. You should also find you a model who has a belly. Every one on here has a flat belly and hard to see how anything will fit.
