Using the paid version. The more I use it the more useful information I realise it actually provides me. This helps me as I eat, know if I need to be having more or less of carbs, protein, fat etc. Have been pleasantly surprised by this program. The barcode scanner for foods entry is great too.
A simple calorie counter with many recognizable items to choose from and an option to add your own items. If used correctly, it can aid in weight loss. If you’re not logging food in consistently, it’s not gonna work.Wish they had a vegan diet plan though.
I use the basic version only. The app makes it very easy to keep track of how many calories I eat and how much water I am drinking. I lost weight using it. It was much easier than anything else I have tried. It is not perfect. Not all the calories imputed using the barcode scanner are accurate.
Pleasant animations and easy tracking combined with a system that encourages a healthy lifestyle rather than just focusing on weight loss has made this app a delight to use. I think the UX for the Profile tab may be able to be improved, but otherwise the app is much more enjoyable than other trackers I’ve tried(e.g. MyFitnessPal). I’m really glad I found this and I look forward to continuing to use it.
This is my favorite food/weight tracking app and it has helped me immensely. The meal plans are great and give lots of variety! I followed the sugar detox for about a month. You can also change your daily calorie goal to fit to what you want to accomplish and you can sync it with your fitbit to take those calories into account too. This app has made it easier for me to make many lifestyle changes and has allowed me to find healthy foods that I didn’t think I would enjoy as much as I do!
