Google Camera user reviews :

@Google – the camera keeps getting better. Night sight holds summer real promise. Can you please update the flash, though, to toggle through on/auto/off with taps, so that you don’t have to adjust your hand to choose flash then select the correct option? The flash settings interface could be a lot better. Thanks!

The goggle camera app is the best out there . No doubt about that. The low light photo is massively improved with the night mode feature. The only thing not recommended is the front camera as it takes mirror selfie. Please either change it or add an option to turn the mirror selfie on/off in settings. Becoz although the front camera is amazing, usually photos are avoided being taken on it. Kudos

No longer supports left handers The last version kept the shutter button to either the left or right side depending on orientation. This version always places the button on the right hand side. A massive step backwards in usability.

Almost There I’ve been looking for a more stock camera than the TouchWiz one. I like how quickly it works, but as others have said, I hate how the camera “button” is essentially a big black bar that takes up 1/5 of the screen. Make the button background more transparent (even more than the video record button) or make it smaller like the original stock camera!

At least its in google play Installed on my s5, i like the look of the software very much, but taking pics is SO SLOW and so is focusing. For me, this isnt usable in its current state.

Bugged app Why did you release a bugged app like this? After first pic my Nexus 4 suddenly turned off. Come on, do more tests before release next time. Uninstalling.

Great App Loved the app, it brought some new functionality too my phone… too bad photospheres was not one of them.

Great update New UI is much more functional than the old one. Some of the screen is sacrificed for the new shutter button, but this is much preferred to the older tiny shutter button that seemed impossible to hit on the first try. Until the shutter button is remapped to a physical button (volume or power key), this is the way to go.

Last Update November 15, 2018 :

Mute Camera Shutter Sounds – Turn shutter sounds off from Settings (this option is only available in some locations).
Selfie Flash – When using the front-facing camera, turn flash on to improve front-facing pictures in low light.
